Business For sale. Generating great profit monthly.

eBay business for sale brief info:

This business is based mainly on providing services and products to SUSPENDED eBay users. As you may know, eBay suspends hundreds & thousands of people daily from their website, fairly and unfairly. The business that I am selling is based on helping those people be back on eBay as soon as possible and be able to sell and buy. We provide them with all the services needed, from eBay accounts, feedback on the eBay account, seller verified eBay accounts, phone verification, PayPal accounts (to those who need it), virtual bank accounts, virtual credit cards and such… Our work is mainly answering questions via email and live chat. All the work on the eBay accounts is done through a supplier we know that we have been dealing with for the past 4 years. For backup purposes, we also have 3 other supplies that we have worked with and that as reliable. All the orders that we get are processed on our end. Then we place an order with the supplier and he delivers it to us, then we deliver it to the client. All we do is the management of the delivery and provide the support needed.
There is no big knowledge needed to handle this business. The supplier that we have is an expert and takes care of delivering us the orders that we need, and we just deliver them to the clients. Any questions and support that the client needs, we answer them with our knowledge, and if we do not know the answer to their questions, then the supplier of the eBay accounts can be asked, and he provides great support too, to help us answer our clients. After a couple weeks of work, you should know the answer to each and every question that they may ask, as the questions are the same for everyone, most of the time. If the new buyer of this business needs my help for email support, I can still do the job for a monthly fee (500$) for 2 months only. And the new owner will take care of processing the orders and delivering them to the clients. After he/she is comfortable enough to take care of this on his/her own, they can cancel my services and take care of the support. I will still be available in case there are any questions for me. I am always online, and run online businesses so you can reach me at all time or so.

Revenue:

The website generates around 85,000$USD yearly gross. The profit is around 75% to 80%.
Monthly, it generates around 7’000$USD in gross. Not counting one of the clients that we have that pays 5’000$USD each 45 days, for bulk order of eBay accounts.
If we consider the one buyer that pays 5’000$USD for his bulk order, the yearly revenue will be around 115’000$USD with a profit of 75% approximately.

Proof of revenue:

This business has been online since approximately 3 to 4 years and I have all the papers and bank statements and anything related to the revenue since day one. I am not selling something that was opened in the last couple of days. Proof of revenue for the past years shows the stability and the potential of this business. I have developed everything from scratch, and we do have now a very reliable reputation and highly specialized expertise over the internet. You can fly over and we are ready to open all the books and the bank statements.

This site has some expenses that need to be paid monthly or daily:
-Advertising (around 500$USD to 600$USD per month)
-Live chat program (around 40$ per month)
-Domain name and hosting (10$ per month max)
-Paying the supplier, depending on your orders. You pay the supplier approximately 25% of the price of the client’s purchase (on purchase, around 1’000$USD to 1’500$USD per month).

In total, this business generates around 7’000$USD in revenue, and around 5’000$USD to 5’500$USD in profit per month. Again, without considering the client that pays 5’000$USD each 45 days for bulk order.

How much time is spent daily on it?

I spend around 3 hours daily. This does not mean 3 hours just working on the support. I open the live chat around 3 hours per day, and in the meantime, when I got no one talking to me on live chat, I answer the questions that I received via email. On average, it takes me 3 hours daily. Sometimes, it may take me 5 hours (that is the maximum I spent ever), and other times when I am too busy, I just spend 1 hour.

What is the reason I am selling my profitable business?
I have been in this business for the past 4 or 5 years. I expanded and modified this business the best I can and been able to generate the best out of it. There is still a lot of room for expanding, as I only provide help for US ebayers. I get a lot of questions from the UK, Canada and Australia. So those markets can also be reached, but due to my lack of time, I could not expand there yet. Any buyer that has time to spend on it will be able to reach those markets and generate more profit.
I am currently selling it again due to my lack of time. I have several businesses online such as a Hosting company that expanded pretty well with all the effort and advertising I have put on it. And I realized that it takes tons of support and time spent on live chat and phone, and it generates me good $$. So I finally took the decision to let one this business go, and invest the money into an office and employees that will take care of the hosting questions and such, so I can expand furthermore. I have a great opportunity with my hosting company, so I am trying to grab it before it is too late. And after weeks of reflection (or should I say months) I decided that I have to let this one go if I want to go bigger somewhere else.
I will still be available for the new owner, and I will still be around at all time for any questions about it. I got experience and I can still help around from time to time. And I answer my emails very regularly and daily, so the new owner can always email me or talk to me skype chat, I am there most of the day.

Why is the website URL not available?

I am not going to give the website URL out to keep the sale as confidential as possible. All the information about the website and the revenue and most important questions have been answered in this auction. The URL is not important at all in this case here and will not be divulgated under any circumstances online. The only way I can give the URL to someone is if he/she travels over to my city in Quebec, Canada with a certified check for the sale and then we can sit down and discuss all this in details.
